Title: AutoCAD 3D Solid Ghosting Issue
Post by: Matthew H on May 18, 2017, 11:13:27 AM
I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem.

I saved a cad file with 3D solids in it. When I opened it up again some of the 3D solids appear to be ghosting.
See attached picture (Ghost-Example.PNG)

The center grip marks are in the correct spot, but the 3D solid is not.
Regen, Regen3, Audit does not fix the problem.
If I zoom objects on them it will zoom to the 3D solid and not the grips.
If I stretch or move a grip point the 3D Solid will update to the correct location.
I can move the 3D solid but the grip points will still not be correct.
My graphics card is up to date.
My usual fix is just to delete it and redraw the 3D solid, but this has happened several times

Thank you,
Matthew H

Is that with or without 3d solid history being turned off?

Master_Shake, The 3D Solid History is off.

Interesting what that middle grip is

Bryco, The middle grip is because the 3D Solid was made via a Sweep command.
