Title: CAD colors to True RGB Colors

Is there an easy way to convert all the standard CAD colors to True Color RGB? I have a drawing that has a all the CAD colors that are drawn in rectangle form with the color hard coded. I was hoping to convert those over.

not an easy way to adjust the drawing, but possibly you could trick it by adjusting your plot style when printing.  There may be a lisp routine out there, it wouldnt make much sense to write one for a one and done, as it would take longer to write the routine then it would to just change the colors manually.

sorry, that last post wasnt exactly helpful, so I did some searching.  Lee-Mac has some stuff, here is one, not sure if it does what you want, but it looks like the coding wasnt as complex as I thought it would be:
