Title: Overkill by Layer Names?

Is it possible to have overkill work in a fashion where if there are Layer 1 and Layer 2, Some lines are exactly ontop of each other. Execute overkill to say I want you to delete All lines on Layer 2 if they cross Layer 1? Sorry for being generic. Just curious on this one.

I've never used the option but you can tell overkill to ignore layers but I don't think you can tell it which one to keep. Not sure how it decides, maybe draw order?
