Can anyone help me out with a block of an SPHL (Self  Propelled Hyperbaric Lifeboat)??

Wow that is a tall order.   If Google comes up empty, then you might halve to roll your own.

I had to when I was looking for transverse section of the 47' Coast Guard motor life boat (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7d/Coast_Guard_Boat_in_Morro_Bay.jpg).  I had the plan view and the longitudinal section

Yeah like I said, long shot haha.  Managhed to find a plan searching through our vast, partially uncontrolled network of drgs, eventually.  Storage, traceability in this place are a nightmare at times!
