Title: where i can find xref states manager?

I'm looking for plug-in named "xref states manager" described here:

 i don't now why but i can not find any direct links to this useful plugin.. please help me

From what I understand it was part of AutoDesk Labs which is a beta try and see program. Programs come and go from there all the time, sometimes incorporated into AutoCAD (Project Chronicle which was renamed to ScreenCast and publicly released) or scrapped all together. Looking through my Feedback profile it does not look like it's currently available for testing.

..but probably anybody nows a similar programm curently in use and not forgotten..

in AutoCAD 2018 this program not working at all
I prefer to solve it in autolisp, but I have not any idea how to do it for xrefs and if is it possible for pdf's and images..
Any help will be very appreciated
