Title: Synchronize Model Space Viewports?

How do you "un-sync" the viewports om Model Space.

Lets say i have 2 views [vertical], i zoom in the view on the left THEN i click the view on the right. magically the one on the left reverts back to the same view as the one on the left.
<but really, it zoom extents>

Maybe its just a system variable, but cant seem to find the correct one

"Tools" / "Named Ucs.." / "Settings" tab / Uncheck "Update view to Plan when UCS is changed""
