Title: Background color and plot area color

Its possible to keep two diffrent color in layout, background color and plot area color.

Personally I would stay far away from the 'Paper Background' and 'Plotting Area'.
There is a nasty bug that destroys the drawing limits.
This makes it impossible to plot a layout or to use LIMCHECK.
