Is it possible to pickup document events in .net app without using com? If so, how?

Which Events ?
Have you looked at   Autodesk.AutoCAD.ApplicationServices.Document

I have, right after I posted this... I don't know why, but I'll spend half a day looking until I finally decide to post something and then it strikes me to look somewhere and there's the answer. And I feel all dumb for posting such a silly question.
