Title: Copy of Existing AutoCAD Installation
Post by: M-dub on October 07, 2008, 03:23:01 PM
Does anyone know of a way to somehow take a copy of an existing installation of AutoCAD and all of its settings and options and apply them to a fresh install?
I know exporting the profile will at least help, but...

does that make any sense?

Sounds like you'd probably have to export ALL of the registry keys (since stuff is saved there) as well as the Application Data folder (since stuff is also saved there as well).  However, I don't think the ROAMABLEROOTFOLDER variable would like that very much.

Yeah, I don't want to be going that route... But thanks though.
