Title: HP T1100 looses paper size

I have 6 stations with all of them pointing to the same pc3/pmp files on the server, each time someone tries to plot and was not the one who set up the drawing the paper size has changed.  I have even set the filter on each machine to only recognize one size and in those cases the paper size comes up blank.  Any ideas

Can you modify the printing defaults?  (As seen in the printer properties on the Advanced tab)  You might be able to make the change there if you have the permissions to do so.
