Title: Autodesk Building Systems 2007 Runs Slow
Post by: hargroveL904 on June 10, 2008, 12:19:26 PM
I'm on  using 2007 at my job and to be honest with, I'm not too impress with the software.

First here is the scenerio

I'm on a server based corporate network and I have a Pentium D 3.40GHz with 3 GB of RAM desktop.

The overall performance is sluggish from strart up to finish. :x

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
 :-(

ABS/MEP is a bit slower than the others to begin with just because of all of the "stuff" in there.  What kind of problems are you running into?  Besides sluggishness?  Sluggishness how?  Doing what?

What else is running on the PC?  Antivirus software?  We've got one here that, when scanning, hogs a LOT of resources.
