Title: Electrical Circuiting
Post by: AUTOKAT on November 19, 2021, 11:41:46 AM
Hi,
Is there a way or a LISP that can automatically do electrical circuiting? For example, you label on your floor plan a duplex receptacle 'A.12' then it goes to your electrical panel 'A.12' then when you move that 'A.12' circuit to 'A.14' it will automatically update on your floor plan from 'A.12' to 'A.14'. This is a big pain to do to update every time there is a change in plan. Can someone please tell me how you do your electrical circuiting? Is there a faster way? Please let me know. Thank you

Hi,

Here is my Wiring program that I wrote a few months back and it should help you with most of the circuit works like many users but the one you are searching for requires different approach.

This is something that either Revit or possibly AutoCAD MEP would do.
