What is this measage mean?
And how to fix?

you need to check your video card against autodesk 'certified' hardware list, and or update your video card drivers.

Note this checks against a local file and not online. It's entirely possible the card/driver combination is supported but wasn't available or tested when the product was released. Even then, a lot of graphics cards will still allow you to enable hardware acceleration despite not being "supported".
Something else to note, is there may be conflicts between on-chip graphics hardware especially with laptops. You might need to change power settings, or disable the on-chip graphics, or disable or remove any automatic switching systems (NVidia Optimus is one of the main culprits).
Of course, you might really have hardware that AutoCAD just doesn't like.

Thanks
I have to check with Autodesk about that VGA Card.
