What is it (Global Cut Plane), why is it included in C3D 2016, does it affect performance, and how to properly configure/disable it? :?

It is some magical thing architects and solid modelers (I think) use. It is a part of Vanilla (or maybe AEC) AutoCAD. You must learn to ignore it, as you may toggle the display of it off on the status bar but it will be back on the next load of C3D. No one has been able to find a setting to keep it turned off.

Thanks anyway, Jeff.
