Title: dain brammage - *solved*
Post by: ronjonp on April 06, 2005, 10:13:01 AM
What is the variable that turns on and off multiple drawings that are open to be shown on the taskbar like shown? I changed this yesterday and it is interfering with our 3rd party software and can't remember what it is to save my life.

Thanks,

Ron

variable name = TASKBAR

from the autocad help feature
Quote
Single-Drawing Compatibility Mode

Limits AutoCAD to one open drawing at a time. If you clear this option, AutoCAD can open multiple drawings at once. If multiple drawings are open, this option cannot be turned on until the additional drawings are closed. ( SDI system variable)

type in "sdi" and change it to "0"
