Title: The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded...
Post by: sinc on August 06, 2008, 10:59:01 PM
Visual Studio Express C# Edition is giving me this:

Quote
The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document.

Any help for this error?  I've already lost the entire evening to it.

Searching the web, I find that this demon has hit many people.  The easiest way to solve it appears to be to start Debugging, then go to Debug->Windows->Modules, to see which modules are being loaded.  But Microsoft appears to have helpfully omitted this feature from the Express Editions...

I have tried deleting everything in all my /bin and /obj directories.  No dice.

Anyone else got any ideas?

Hey, that worked!

I simply posted to the Swamp, and the problem mysteriously went away...?

So if I tell someone to 'Go talk to a teddy bear' you know what it's all about.
