I think it's MSTG007's way of setting up working drawings.
Not bad, maybe a little more explaination is needed tho.

So how do you deal with dims? We have one sheet with top/elev views, dimensioned, one sheet with isos, dimensioned, and one sheet with a cut-list (sometimes as many as 50 parts) ....... Dims display from one sheet to the next and naming them to keep them separated is a pain............ I'm looking for suggestions here. We WENT to 2K4 so we could dim in PS but if you have a loooong part that you create a broken view of in 2 or more vports, this is un-usable....it gives you the PS length, not the ACTUAL length. Soooo, we're back to dims in MS with all the ensuing layer-naming hassles.
Any thoughts/suggestions/comments?
