A good time to rethink your training dollar investment.
If your company uses Civil 3D the cost of sending one or two users to this event could be better spent by bringing me to your offices to train everyone at a more individual level. This will save you money and build everyone's skills.

I was at AU last year, and the class was nearly standing room only. FYI

Anyone register yet? I have a cost difference between what they say an all-inclusive is and what the registration process allowed me to pick. :? Please PM me if you'd like to discuss

are you talking about the rediculous difference from the AU website for what the hotel 'costs' for the hotel reservation?

My final reg cost even after I factor in 4 nights at the hotel is about $500 cheaper than what the all-inclusive says. I wanted to make sure I was getting everything not just the basic class pass but the woman at the 1-800 says everything's fine. I can't find any explanation for either early reg or our company status with Autodesk. I just want to make sure I'm going to be able to access everything

Acccidently fill in your an educator like my dad's secreatary did and last year it was like 900 for everything including Devdays on Monday

I want to say I heard 2010 was ±7500
I think 2006 was close to 9,000, then it dropped in the following years to about 6,000? Then in 2009 it started going back up slightly. I'm guessing 2011 will be about the same as 2010...?
Of course those numbers are relative to whatever base you want to start with. Do you include Adsk employees, vendors, instructors, class attendance only, or...?

that must be including a discount of some sort for 'early' registration right?

That's what I'm hoping. Their new registration process prompts you to select the days you wish to attend but the description for each is "conference only".

well pretty much everyone there for any reason still gets to enjoy all the FREE beer and food....
and we already determined that is the reason to be there.

Yes it would, only the challenge is, I'm not coming back to the states from Qatar until after AU ends.
