acad 2002 versus norton antivirus 2004

Runing w 98 se
PC pentiun 2

After installing Norton antivirus 2004 I install acad 2002

and get this error

I had change the ac1st15.dll as indicated by this and other forum when the page default error appear.

Could any one help me????

I solve it

I solve it by replacing the ac1st15.dll  at two folders . c:/windows/system
and c:/program file /common file/ autodeskshared

And it works great.
