Title: How to delete Undefined shape

While opening a file this error come and makes opening takes long time

You can try this but read all the warnings.

This is usually a font related problem where the user has specified a symbol that does not exist in the character set, but is defined in the character set. Bad font maybe?

You can solve that with Owen's CleanLanguage (http://www.manusoft.com/dl?id=46).

I've had luck fixing this by (re)defining the shape to something easily recognizable (and thus eraseable) using the Express Tool MKSHAPE. (Not sure what version or software you have, but vanilla 2010 AutoCAD has it in the Express Tools.)
