Has anyone tried the new patch released on 2012-07-15? :?

I have a previous release that is crashing AutoCAD, and I don't have CaeLink's 64-Bit ARX files for 2010/2011. No permissions for installing the CaeLink EXE here (http://www.caelink.com/drawing_tabs.htm) either.
I'm going to be super bummed out if I have to use Autodesk's MdiTab, it's glitchy, and nowhere near as capable as the others mention here. :|
