2005 LT Locking Toolbar?

I thought that somewhere along the line, I had heard that one could lock toolbars.

I am right? If so, how?

lock as in you cant move them or change them?  To prevent changes, you could force a profile to be used, which could establish which toolbars were where.  I guess to prevent changing toolbars, you could make your mnc/mns readonly. (Although I dont know if that would work, Acad may need to be able to write to them even though you dont want it to)

download quikpik...there is a feature in there that locks toolbars.
