A couple careers ago, the survey crew that brought me data came in one night with mighty case of the jaws. Seems they needed to base their survey off of a section corner residing in a monument box located in a major Denver area intersection. They had spent a good share of their day dodging traffic while trying to figure out which of the 5 rebar (3 with caps but well off center and 2 others with no caps but no visible clues to prefer any over the others).
