Title: Fields Tutorial
Post by: Shade on July 11, 2006, 08:03:53 PM
Any one have a good tutorial on the fields function in autocad 2005+?

I have read the help file and I am using fields quite heavily, but kinda unsure on how to use the block placeholder field. Autocad Help is vague on this area among others.

Thanks in advance for any help one can provide.

P.S A good dynamic block tutorial would be good also.

Sounds like a good project for someone here at theswamp. I'd like to see that on the front page.  :-)

I'm willing to learn.  I have never used them, just like I have never used tables.

He's looking for someone who's willing to teach though.

I know, I'm just trying to show that people would be interrested in the subject, so maybe someone who knows will be moved more to write an article.  :-)
