Corridor Elevations Not Matching Alignment?

Hi Everyone,
I was hoping I could get some help. I built a simple corridor along an alignment, but when i create a surface from the corridor and check the elevations at each station they are off? They do not seem to be off by a constant value. Is there a way to make the corridor model the profile alignment closer or correct this issue.
For example: station 100 profile = 95.054
station 100 corridor surface check = 94.680
It should be equal to profile.
Thanks for your Help!

David, can you post your dwg file? If not, double check the objects which make up the surface, make sure the subassemblies aren't offset from the assembly insertion, etc.
