AutoCAD UCS to Orientation: Y is N and Z is UP

Hi all,
does anyone knows how to convert a 3 point UCS to an orientation like this: Y is N 45 W and Z is UP

but I have a 3 point ucs and I need to translate it into Y and Z orientation ...

Ok sorry, I don't think I understand.
I thought you were trying to change the UCS to that orientation; where "y" was rotated to n45w and z is up (which it is by default).

I'm trying to pass some 3D entities from autocad to Aveva PDMS.
In PDMS the entity coordinate system is defined using this syntax "Orientation Y is W 39.111 N 47.937 U and Z is S 14.974 W 20.254 U"
Result: I'm going crazy !!
