Title: moving to layer zero

I'm sure there is a way (and if there is you guys would know), but how can I select all the objects in a drawing and move them to layer zero through a script.  I have one that will audit and purge and now we need to plop everything on layer 0 for some reason so I'd like to add it to the script.
