I probably already asked this... (Sorry if I did).
Is there a lisp to turn off certain layer filter names? (maybe even turn on/off and freeze/thaw) at the same time?

Do you mean you want to "apply" or "unapply" a certain layer filter?

I would say select the layer filter name. Then Select all the layers within the layer filter and turn them off and freeze them, and vice versa. Something like that.
