So, How to find out these uncompatible objects?

I would just do a proper export with 2018 or Drawing TrueView and not even worry about it.

You would need an install of your software WITHOUT proxy objects (object enablers installed)
Then you could open the file and see (actually NOT see) the proxy objects for yourself and decide how to deal with them, or not.
It just looks like another form of 'encouragement' to upgrade your product to the latest version.
Because it becomes increasingly difficult to work in your version with data from newer versions.

Ah, no. Entities are objects, but not all objects are entities. Data attached to the document and entities (and other objects) can be AEC objects, so you could "erase all"/purge/etc/ all you want and it wouldn't do anything.
Best way is to check for the master extension dictionaries at the document level. If there is AEC content, there will be one (or more) of those to manage the data.

Where are you getting that from?
