How do you get a custom menu to load up automatically across a server? I did a menuload & went to >Projects>Menu Palettes & saved it to my LDD menu but i keep losing it upon exiting acad

I know absolutely nothing about LDD, but it sounds like you might want to check your support paths. Make sure the directory where you save your menu is in there. (Tools -> Options -> Files tab, then support file search path)
Maybe...

I did that & it's retaining one of my custom menus but not the other for some reason.

You may have addressed this already, but the menugroup names don't match, do they? It's at the top of the menu when you open it in a text editor...

Check for spaces in the menu name...we had a problem like that and it was solved by taking out the spaces...worth a shot
