Suddenly my display is distorted, and a square is now a rectangle. I seem to remember that there's a way to fix it but I can't remember what. I need HELP!

Make sure the resolution of your monitor matches the aspect ratio of the max resolution. If it's an LCD monitor, run it in it's native resolution.
Right click on desktop->properties->settings.

It's pretty hard to give any useful advice until we know if this problem affects EVERYTHING, or just your Autocad display. If it's just your Autocad display, you might simply be in a perspective view or 3D-Orbit.
