I have some scanned Maps on raster format and i need to find the way to remove the grid from theraster image. How can i do this with a few clicks? :|

IDELSMART might help you a bit, but a few clicks? Good luck! :)
Edit: I just tried it and found that they've improved the functionality of it since I last tried it. (2004)

what grid?
and what is the file format of your raster map image?

The Coordinate Grid. The file is a .tiff file and it is georeferenced. Basically i need to vectorize it, but the grid makes it difficult, cause polyline follwer follws the grid when it intersects with other geomtric properties.

you will need to do a better job of guiding Raster Design.
Or use an image editing application to select those grid line pixels and somehow neutralize them.
Or, why not get a DEM or other for your area, and build your surface contours from that?
The data you are after may be available in other formats....
