I quess this could be a cad standard question?
I just got this error message when I tried to make palette transparency for version 2010. This didn't occur on my machine for version 2008.
Anyone having this problem for version 2010?

I think I had this once in 2008. I don't have 2010 so I don't know if the path is the same, but here's how you get to the Manual Performance Tuning section for 2008. Just reset the values and you should be all set.
