Hi All
I'm not that new to cad but I have a new problem with my crosshairs within a viewtwist in model space. Okay,
I set a viewtwist in modelspace to orientate to a view, then called view manager and saved that view.
I set my crosshairs to horizontal after the twist.  Then I called ucs up and used <world> and then called up plan
and used <current> up to reset crosshairs are normal. Then restored the first view and then it happens.
The crosshairs are not only not horizontal they have a new pickbox orientation and color and
it isn't the same color of the crosshairs it is green (I use yellow for modelspace). This must be something new with
3D crosshairs I'm getting used to, but I can't find any info on what the heck to expect and why my old snapfix routines
don't work like they did. The most puzzling though was the behavior when I used a viewtwist and I couldn't get the
cross-hairs to come back to the way I left them at view store, when I did a view restore. I expected the cross-hairs to return to the state I left them in when I did the view store.
So, it there a setting or variable that should be called to get the crosshairs to act I have like they used to.

Thanks in advance
MJP

Sometimes the question is more important than the answer.

Answer to snapang is : 249 deg and change

Okay, I got it back, but with alot of testing and to go back to a near reset
of all my settings. There are so many that I could never explain what
I did. Sad, but true. Now, I wish I could have a undo button for my settings
maybe a ghosting other than a profile. The color change in the cross-hair box
I found can change when in 3D as expected, but this was a new color combo.
I guess I wish I could just set a setting that says leave my cross-hairs horizontal
nomatter what my snapang or viewtwists are simply. I do alot in just plain 2d and when
I do that just want to leave the cross-hairs in one position. I guess that is why they
made viewtwist to begin with, just didn't finish the job in my book. Must be just
a long day.

Okay, reread and redid the original question to make it a bit more clear.
