Express tools BREAKLINE.... where is it?

Hmmm I am trying to figure out what happened to this gadget?
I cant find a lisp file for it and my express tools in 2009 has those clouds everytime i try to reload them for the commands.
Maybe I am missing my express tools path in the profile, let me check that.... :ugly:
Every time i try to run the command it says it is not found.

Duhh, Express Tools were not installed.
They were part of the base profile and the aectmain.cui was present but;
C:\Program Files\AutoCAD MEP 2009\Express
folder was not present.

Add/Remove Programs for AutoCAD 2009 and added Express tools to the installation.
I'll have to go back and check my deployment again.
