Cleaning Up TIFF's, JPEG's etc for CAD
« on: November 28, 2005, 03:43:39 PM »
Does anyone know of a good, (pref free) program that will clean up images, (remove some of the mics pixles)?
My previous employer had one called De-Speckle, but I don't know the company, or if that was the correct name.

Thanks

Adobe Photoshop = (Not free)

Or try these:

- ZDNet Download section
- Tucows
- Google it

There are literally thousands of apps for what you need.

Swift-Thanks, I don't know if I'm smart enough for that one, (no .exe?)  :|
Better try to install @ home and not crash the company CPU

Thanks, WBC :)
If you're working with a lot of raster images in AutoCAD, I would recommend that you at least look into Raster Design.  Then, start working on the boss man to buy it for you!

Just got out of the boss's office, no $, not worth it, which I agree. Its just one of those things that will always pop up once in while and I'd like to ready next time.

Raster design is a nice program.  But does cost mucho bucks.
Paint shop pro isn't free but way cheaper than photoshop.  Easy to use.
