Maybe I am missing something, but I see no difference between community and professional, enterprise adds some features though.

My bet the main difference is the licensing. By using the community version, you need to release under an "open source" license where maybe the professional that restriction isn't there.

Along with that, larger companies have policies about using 'community' or free services and like to be seen to pay for them to avoid any potential public misperception or legal issues.
