Don't you just love it when you find a legal/property description that's been butchered by some lawyer that acts like they know what they're doing. Give it up man, leave that to the surveyors, at least 90% of them get it right, you NEVER do!!

Usually, anything written BY a lawyer is written FOR a lawyer...and no one else.

The reason lawyers are always reinterpreting things is because the new one doesn't know exactly what the previous one was trying to say.  Is that a scary thought.  Maybe if they would stop trying to impress themselves and spoke/wrote freakin english we could get something done.

When the party of the first part takes a document from the party of the second part and prepares a document for the party of the third part and loads it up with typos and then wishes to represent the party of the third part in a law suit against tha party of the second part for the resultant deed errors it makes the party of the second part want to go to the party of the first part and rip off the party of the first part's tiny part.
