I recieved a file from a surveyor that is on the wrong utm. I need to insert another file at the correct utm. What is the easiest, fasted way to correct the incorrect utm?

Make sure both files have the coord system defined and use map to query all the objects from the dwg you want to change. that will convert the coord system for you.
