Object Enabler Will Not Install...

If I try to install the object enabler for any newer version of Civil 3d I get:

"setup was unable to detect any target applications for autocad civil..."

So far I have not found a solution for this. We are still using r2008. Please help.

You cannot install, for instance, the C3D2011 OE to use in any 2008 product. The C3D 2011 OE is for Acad/ACA/MEP 2011 products to be able to 'see' the C3D objects.
