In MOST cases it detracts more than it adds to my particular workflows.

Thank you very much for the quickly and useful replay.

That notification is for new XREF layers. It's just to let you know that the properties might need to be looked at. If you are happy with the settings, select all the layers in that filter, right click, and select "Reconcile Layer".

Worked fine for me.
