We have FINALLY upgraded to 2012, from 2008! And I can't tell you how much I hate the (no)HELP system.
About half of us can open a drawing with a custom coordinate system and the dialog pops up about this is a new coord system do you want to save it to library. The other half get NO message at all and the coordinate system does not save.
I have checked that the permissions to the library are OK. I have checked that we all have "Prompt user to add definitions to dictionaries" on our MAP options.
Anyone got a clue?
