Get zoom extension coordinates

Perhaps the subject of the message is not precise.
I would like to obtain, through lisp, the coordinates of the maximum box that contains the whole drawing.
To better explain, I enclose a dwg file in the I would like to get the coordinates of the vertices of the red rectangle without selecting anything.

Is there a way to get this?

Look at EXTMIN and EXTMAX.
