Heh... haven't seen this in a long time.  Answering a straight forward yes or no question/statement... with a question.  IIRC the next stage is it's *my fault* because I worded the original question/statement incorrectly... right? ;)  but hey, your response didn't even make that much sense :S

Pre version 7 MicroStation, Imperial settings, out of the box had the positional units set to 1028.  MU-SU-PU = 1-12-1028
