Hi guys,
I'm trying to insert annotative option in the block that doesn't have that option.
(without create the block again.)
Is it possible?

Make note of the block name. Start block command, "B", and select the block from the drop down list in the top left. Check the "Annotative" box adn clikc "OK".

The other option is to select the block and right click and select edit with the block editor > scroll down to the bottom of the property pallets > and check off the annotative option.

Your are not in the block editor mode. See Below.
Once in the mode, Select the options in the Properties Palette.
