Copy and Paste Hotfix.  Hooray they fixed it.

Anyone notice that they also released a Hotfix for the LDD Crash On Save bug?

Both fixes involve replacing the ACDB17.DLL file.  So does this mean you have to pick which bug you want to fix?

(Just catching up with this thread.)

I've got 5 users on 2006, and I'm running 2006 and 2007.  We've not encountered these problems.  The only problem I have encountered is when I edit our .dwt file in '07,... the others cant open it when they start a new drawing file. (even though my 07 is set to save as 04-06).  Apparently there is no option to save as a previous release for dwt files.  <heads up>

Remember, (IMO) 2007 is still a beta version. 
I'll wait for a service pack before I roll it out to everyone else.

It is the same file.....it fixes BOTH bugs. It's also the same file included in the C3D2007 SP1

this should help those of you sending the drawings there is also another patch for those who get the error when receiving drawings saved down from 2007.I still cant believe Autodesk released 2007 with such a fundemental flaw.Weve already had irate clients complaining about the problem when they receive drawings

Thats exactly what I said! How in the world? oh well... I bought the software and never really used it until they released the fix... big thumbs down!

I'm just glad its fixed because it was causing so much trouble with an office running 2007/2002
