trim/extend express tool

hey i was just wondering does everyone elses trex command in express tools work because mine doesn't and i'm curious why. the trim works but when i hold down shift and pick to extend it does nothing. anythoughts or does someone have a working equivelant i could have. thanks

Your version of autocad has trex in its core. It's the regular trim command. It also has integrated in it the trim/extend to block entities too.
