I do not know of any blocks that are specific to Civil 3D.  Any normal acad block or 2006 dynamic block should work in Civil 3D.  There ARE Civil 3D object styles however that are simply different visual expressions of Civil 3D objects.  Would that be what he is looking for?

This is a very good page of CAD programs, and have an especific zone for Civil 3D.

don't know realy how to say this in english...

but in traduction site..the result is...

limit fountain, standard lamp, trees, etc...
(borne fontaines, Lampadaire, arbres etc..)

we need 3D dwg details....to make a big project on
Inroads and AutoCAD.

Thank you for the clarification.  It seems that what you need are simply 3D blocks of a variety of civil and architectural features rather than a block for the program named Civil 3D.  Some of what you request can be found in the symbols library for Land Desktop and the site suggested by Yoland will be usefull as well.
It may help you get more response if a moderator could change this thread title.
