Layer Filter w/ 05

With previous versions there was a way in the Layer Manager to show "Xref Layers", then a check box to invert the filter, showing only non Xref dependant layers.
Did the powers to be remove this in 05?
Is there a way to get it back? if I have to define a filter or a "group" can it be exported/imported so the non Xref depend layer filter does not have to defined for every dwg?

Well, if its there in 06 should be with 05. Will have to be Monday at work to confirm. If so I deserve a slap to the head  :oops:
