Just to keep everyone in the loop, I sent Harold Carr an email at the address listed on his site yesterday.  As of this moment, I haven't heard back from him.  If he doesn't ever reply to my message, there is still a chance I could get permission from his co-author, Robert Holt (assuming I can find a valid email address for him).

Sorry if it seems like I'm dangling a carrot.

Well, after all that, I didn't get the information I wanted .. no worries ..

.. But that doesn't detract from the paper at all !
